Local Orders:
We provide free shipping on all orders within United Kingdom. Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive a verification call from our customer service to confirm the order, your order will be confirmed and hence processed. After the order is confirmed, customers can expect their order to be delivered to them within 2-3 business days. All the orders placed from Monday to Saturday before 4 pm will be dispatched on the same day.
Please note, that credit card payment processing can take up to 3 business days.
International Orders:
International shipping rates are determined by the destination and the weight of your shipment. Once you place an order, it is reviewed to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Once your order has been approved and authorized by credit card processors, your order will be dispatched. Custom duties if levied by the buyer country is the responsibility of the buyer.
All our international customers will be provided with the tracking Id when the order is dispatched.
